Termite Control

We offer complete termite control services using either conventional liquid soil treatments or bait systems. On most homes our treatment includes a $25,000.00 renewable warranty against any future termite damage to your home.* We will do soil pre-treatment for new construction as well as treating existing structures.

Pest Control

We offer general monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly pest services for all household PESTS to include: mice, rats, cockroaches, ants, spiders, crickets, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, pantry pests, wasps and others. Treatment for fleas, carpenter ants, bedbugs, hornets and flies, is available for an additional charge. We also offer comprehensive services, concentrating on the exterior of the home with targeted areas and spot treatments on the inside. At each regular service we will remove all spider webs (within approximately 20 feet of ground) around the house and in the garage if open and apply pesticide around the outside of the home to include treating the crawl space if necessary. Much of our service is done using baits which the industry has found to be more effective than using aerosols and has the added advantage of not being airborne where you might breathe it. With sprays we kill the pests that get into the pesticide whereas with the bait the pest eats the bait and in most cases distributes some back to the harborage areas thereby killing a lot more.

Moisture and Wood Destroying Beetles

We offer treatment and control of Powder Post Beetles, Old House Borers, Wood Decay Fungus and Moisture.

These treatments are done using a combination of pesticides and mechanical remedies.

We do not do structural fumigations.
